The Brush Drop-Off is open to San Marcos Residential Garbage Customers. Residents are also invited to pick up FREE mulch at the site.
People wishing to drop off brush and other yard waste must provide a copy of their City utility bill and unload their material at the site. Event staff cannot use equipment to unload material per City risk management policy. Please remember to drive slow and follow directions from event staff.
Yard waste containing treated wood, metal, or trash will not be accepted. Material from commercial operations is also not accepted.
All material received at the Brush Drop-Off site is mulched and available to residents for FREE. Event staff can refuse any material not suitable for the brush pile. We ask residents to please be mindful of acceptable and non-acceptable materials to maximize the benefits of this program.
